Tinus de Schunard bor i Maison Farfelu, et magisk sted man ikke skulle tro eksisterede, medmindre man har været der. I en iscenesættelse konfronterer han sine mørke sider. Uventede besøg åbner en verden, hvor det er svært at skelne mellem virkelighed, drøm og mareridt.
Da Eik Skaløe, forsanger i hippiebandet Steppeulvene, begår selvmord i Indien i 1968, bliver han med det samme til en myte. I 2011 beslutter Johan Knattrup Jensen sig for at rejse i Eik Skaløes fodspor, dog med et håb om at overleve. Han medbringer en digtsamling, en notesbog og sin tykke producer, Mikkel Kastberg. Sammen vil det umage par finde vejen gennem det store, fantastiske Indien til paradiset, der ligger lige på kanten af forstanden.
Et sigøjner-drama skabt gennem improvisationer med lokale romaer i Nordsjælland. Den unge sigøjner Mile bliver gift med Simona, og brylluppet er storslået som traditionen byder. Men Miles far har holdt bryllup for lånte penge, og da gælden indhenter ham, forsvinder han, og svigerfaren tager sin datter tilbage. I kampen for sit ægteskab finder Mile ud af, hvad en dreng er værd uden sin far.

The film takes place in a near-future, where earth has punished all adults for not taking properly care of our planet. We follow a group of kids, left all by themselves in a trashed world, living day by day and trying to avoid the unknown future. The kids put all their fear into hating the adults, but what will happen when one of the kids starts to become one?
After the death of their father, Sigurd wants to bury the hatchet and forgive his half siblings, Astrid and Jens, for how they treated him as kids.
